What You’ll Do as a Production Manager:

• Supervise and direct all production staff, ensuring repairs are completed correctly and on time
• Assign work to technicians based on skill level and maintain production efficiency
• Hold daily meetings with technicians to review schedules, priorities, and accountability plans
• Oversee quality control and inspect repairs before vehicle delivery
• Maintain repair status in CCC1 and ensure accurate documentation
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians to create a high-performing team
• Identify and resolve production delays or quality concerns immediately

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of auto body collision repair experience
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced collision repair shop
• I-CAR certification & ASE training (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of repair operations, estimating software, and CCC1
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
• A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
